What’s Your Question For Mark Bittman?

We’ve got a terrific On Point Live event coming up this Thursday evening. Tom will be interviewing food author and columnist Mark Bittman at the Paramount Theater in Boston. (Unfortunately, tickets are already sold out, but we’ll be broadcasting the show on Friday.)

What we need from you are some questions for Mark. What do you want to ask a food superstar — about cooking? Health? Food’s global impact? “Flexitarianism“?

Give us your questions on this thread, and tell us where you’re from, if you’re willing!

Update: Here’s an excerpt from Mark Bittman’s new book: “VB6”
